Meet Our Dentists

Dr. Chad Patterson

Dr. Chad Patterson grew up in Texarkana, Texas. He attended Pleasant Grove from elementary to high school graduating in 1998 from Pleasant Grove High School. After high school, he continued his education at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas graduating in 2002. Following college, Dr. Patterson began dental school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee. He is following in the footsteps of his uncle, Rowan Patterson, and grandfather, Bill Patterson, who were both dentists that served the Texarkana area.

Dr. Punit Patel

Dr. Patel is from College Station, Texas, where he attended Texas A&M University prior to dental school. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California Dental School in Los Angeles. Dr. Patel and his wife are newly married. and have spent the last few years in Dallas and Corpus Christi where he has spent time in general practice. He is excited to be a part of the Eagle Dental family and get to know all of the great patients!

Dr. Robert Levine

Dr. Levine was born in Louisiana and grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas. After graduating from the University of Texas he went on to earn his DDS from UT Dental School and graduated in 1980. Dr. Levine met Dr. Looney while in dental school, and now after 40 years since graduation he is able to work in the same practice and town that he always spoke of. He has two children, a son in Boston, MA and a daughter in Houston, TX. When he is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Levine enjoys being on the golf course, and since moving to Texarkana he hopes to revisit his fishing endeavors. He loves how everyone in the office truly cares for each other and the patients. He has really enjoyed working with competent doctors and hygienists that no matter what the problem they can handle it! The staff at Eagle Dental have become like an extended family to him and he is very excited to be here!

Dr. Mark Looney

Dr. Mark Looney is a Texarkana native who graduated from Texas High in 1972. Following graduation he spent two years at Texas Christian University before transferring to North Texas State University. He received his degree is Biology and Chemistry in 1976 and was accepted into the University of Texas Dental School the same year. Dr. Looney graduated with his DDS degree in 1980. Him and his wife, Lisa, have been married for 39 wonderful years. They have two boys, Russ and Rob, a daughter-in-law, Malorie, and one granddaughter, Marni. Dr. Looney is an avid hunter and outdoorsman, especially turkey and duck hunting. On Saturdays in the fall Dr. Looney will be cheering on his Texas Longhorn football team! When he is not at work you will usually find him working on the tractor at his hunting property and keeping it in good shape, or traveling with his wife. Dr. Looney comes from a strong family background in dentistry, where his father, uncle, and cousin were all dentists. He was born in Houston while his dad was in dental school and was raised in Texarkana, where he had an awesome childhood. He started practicing dentistry in 1980 with his dad, Russell, and uncle, David, before going into practice on his own in 1988. In 2014 Dr. Looney founded Eagle Dental Center in Texarkana. The friendships and great people are what make Dr. Looney love dentistry so much.

Our Amazing Team

Ashton is a Texarkana native who graduated from Trinity Christian School. After graduation she attended the University of Central Oklahoma before being accepted into the dental hygiene program at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry where she graduated with her B.S in Dental Hygiene. She loves working at Eagle Dental where she has had the opportunity to build great relationships with her patients and co-workers. Ashton says she loves getting to see such a diverse group of patients daily where she can really get to know the life behind the mouth she is working on. Ashton and Ryan have been married since September 2017, and they have two dogs, Whiskey and Weller. Any spare time that she has she is normally traveling with her husband and friends. Ashton is always planning her next vacation, and loves learning about new places and “hole-in-the-walls” she can visit.

Mary Collin is a native of Covington, TN and a 2005 graduate of University of Tennessee. She has been a hygienist at Eagle Dental from its beginning and her favorite part of the practice is the joy her patients bring to her! She says, “ After so many years of working on the same smiling faces, I feel like they’re part of my family! I look forward to catching up with them at their visit.” She and her husband, Jeremy, have two dogs, Ripley and Braver, that they adore! She also has three step children that have brought so much love and light to her life! In her free time she enjoys horseback riding and spending time with family. Mary says that being part of Eagle Dental has enriched her life in multiple ways. Including having great co-workers to share her work-life with and a boss that truly puts his employees first!

Amber was born and raised in Foreman, AR and had been married to her high school sweetheart since September 2016. Amber and her husband have 2 dogs, Sophie and Lilan, and they are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their first sweet baby in September! She loves how the whole team at Eagle Dental genuinely want to see all of their patients get the best care possible. Amber states, “ The most rewarding part of my job is hearing our patients say they love and appreciate our team like family.” In her spare time Amber likes to travel to Fayetteville to cheer on the Razorbacks, and also going to the beach as much as possible!

Shea grew up in Texarkana and is a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two spirited daughters together, Ashlyn and Madalee, that make them a very tight knit group. Her family loves having game nights, camping, and always finding a new adventure to go on. Shea is good at making an ordinary day extraordinary. There is definitely never a dull moment with her. Shea is the first face you will see when arriving at Eagle Dental Center. Her favorite thing about Eagle Dental is the way they love their patients, and how the staff always goes the extra mile to make them feel like family and have a great experience. Shea has a passion for people and finding ways to make life better for everyone she encounters.

Harley is a part of the assistant and front desk team at Eagle Dental. She loves the opportunity all the staff have to build relationships with the patients and really getting to know them as a person. Harley is part of a big and close knit family. She and her fiancé have three fur babies and a baby girl, Laney! They love going to the beach and the mountains, or wherever they can adventure to in nature. Harley has really enjoyed getting to work with such good friends at Eagle Dental everyday!

Noche is part of the front desk staff at Eagle Dental. She grew up in California and lived in Seattle, Washington before moving to Texarkana where she has lived for the past 21 years. Noche has four grown children, and 2 grandchildren, who she loves spending time with when she can. She also really enjoys working in her yard tending to her flower beds and going to the gym regularly. She loves how friendly all the patients are at Eagle Dental Center and how we treat each other like family.

Jill grew up in New Boston, TX where she later also raised her family. She obtained her Dental Hygiene degree in 1979 from Tyler Junior College. She has 3 daughters, 3 son-in-laws, and eight grandchildren. Jill is more commonly known as JiJi to all of her grandchildren and even the staff at Eagle Dental Center! She loves to travel with her husband, Jim, and to work outside in the yard in her free time when she is not keeping her grand babies. Jill recently celebrated her 40th year as a dental hygienist and she has enjoyed every minute of it. She has had the opportunity to cultivate extraordinary relationships with all of her wonderful patients over the years. Her favorite part of her job is seeing a patient all through their life. She began seeing many of her patients as children, and now she had the chance to see their children!

Haley is a part of the hygienist team at Eagle Dental Center. She loves being around great co-workers that are always willing to lend a helping hand, and wants to provide great care for each of our patients. Her and her husband have been married for three years, and they have one precious little girl named, Zaidee. She is forever grateful for the life God has blessed her with. Haley and her family love being on the lake, water skiing, and swimming. Haley looks forward to providing you with a great experience at Eagle Dental and getting to know you!

Kelly moved to Texarkana from Tennessee after graduating dental hygiene school from the University of Tennessee. After graduating with her degree from the University of Memphis, she began dental hygiene school at the University of Tennessee’s Health Science Center. Kelly and her husband were just recently married and they moved here to start their life together. While they do not have any children, they do have one sweet pup that keeps them very busy. Her favorite things include exercising at the gym, being outdoors, and cheering on the Memphis Tigers and Grizzlies! Kelly loves serving her patients and helping them be confident with their smiles and in all aspects of life.

Meredith is a hygienist at Eagle Dental Center. She loves being a part of the staff because everyone is so helpful and works as a team providing excellent patient care and satisfaction as their #1 priority. Meredith was born and raised in New Boston, TX. After high school, Meredith attended Tyler Junior College where she earned her degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves spending time with her close knit family at their cabin where they hunt and fish. Meredith also has one nephew, Kendall, who she loves to spend any of her extra time with!

Savannah is from New Boston. She graduated from Tyler Junior College where she received her bachelor of science in dental hygiene. She is recently married, which gave her two little boys, Easton and Rush, which make them a very close knit family. Along with her boys, she also has four fur babies! Her favorite part of working at Eagle Dental is how willing everyone is to help patients in any way they can. Savannah loves to be outside and enjoys watching her kiddos play baseball on the weekends.

Rachel is a Texarkana native who graduated from Pleasant Grove High School. After graduation she attended Texarkana College to complete her pre-requisites for the dental hygiene program where she obtained an Associates in Biology. She also completed a dental assisting program and worked as an assistant in oral surgery for 3 years before being accepted into the dental hygiene program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree in May of 2022 from UAMS. Rachel loves being able to care for her patients oral health and overall health while creating relationships with them all. She has a wonderful 5 year old son named Kayson Brooks. They have a siamese cat named Blaise and 3 fish. Rachel loves any type of activity outdoors but especially camping at Albert Pike, bike riding, kayaking and canoeing. Her focus for the future is to make each day better than the last and to be the best person she can be for herself and for her son.

Sydney is a Texarkana native and is part of the assistant team at Eagle Dental. She loves working with a group of people that she considers family. Sydney has one son that loves to read and draw and she says he is already smarter than her. In her free time she is normally spending time with her son and family or reading.

Kirsten is an assistant at Eagle Dental. She loves building relationships with all the patients at the office. She loves how much that all the staff at Eagle Dental Center truly care about their patients. Kirsten was born and raised in the Texarkana area. She has one little girl, Ryleigh, who is her whole world. In her spare time she loves attending country music concerts with her friends.

Elena was born and raised in Texarkana and graduated from Texas High. She now has 2 children, Alexis and Christian, who keep her very busy! Elena loves spending time with her kids, friends, and brothers. She enjoys listening to live music in her free time. Elena loves being so close with her co-workers at Eagle and being able to form relationships with all of her patients.

Jerica is a part of the assistant team at Eagle Dental. She is originally from Utah, but moved to Louisiana about 3 years ago and commutes to Texarkana. Jerica and her husband, Devon, have two fur babies. A dog, Reese, and a cat, Michi. She likes to do anything, from staying in and reading a good book, to hiking and being active with family. Jerica loves working with the wonderful staff and getting to know and help all of the patients at Eagle Dental.

Kelly Bailey is an assistant at Eagle Dental Center. She is married with four children, four step children and four grandsons. Having a large family keeps her busy. Kelly likes to cook, shop, and travel. The thing she likes most about Eagle Dental is how well all the staff work together as a team.

Laken was born in West Helena, Arkansas but was raised here in Texarkana. She is a 2014 graduate of Arkansas High school. She has a son that she raises on her own and is very close to her family. Lakes states that her dad is everything to her! She also has 2 cats Trixei and Baby Cat that bring so much joy to her and her son’s life. Laken loves doing anything that is outdoors with her son, like cooking, playing soccer, or going to the park. She states that she loves Eagle Dental because she gets to take a part in returning confidence to someone by giving them their smile back.

Nicole is one of the assistants at Eagle Dental. Being a part of a military family she has lived in many states and countries, but she is happy to say that Texarkana will be her family’s forever home and where they plan to retire. She loves to workout and spend time with her two children and husband during her days off. Nicole has really enjoyed being a part of the team at Eagle.

Lindsey loves being a part of the team at Eagle Dental. From the doctors, hygienists, and assistants, she says she loves how well everyone works together to give patients the best experience possible. Lindsey was born and raised in Texarkana, and now lives here with her son, Lennox. In her free time she enjoys camping, kayaking, and spending time outdoors.
