CROWNS & BRIDGES

NITROUS OXIDE & LEVEL ONE SEDATION

Don’t let nerves and anxiety stop you from getting the dental treatment you need. We offer the following types of sedation dentistry to help make you comfortable:
Nitrous Oxide: Commonly known as laughing gas or happy gas. It is administered through a nasal mask, and is the most common form of dental sedation. You should expect to drive home and resume normal activities after the procedure.
Oral Sedation: A sedative in a pill form taken 30 minutes prior to the procedure allows for the patient to feel relaxed without being completely sedated. A driver is required following the procedure for patients utilizing oral sedation.

ORAL SURGERY & EXTRACATIONS

Membership Specials

How your plan works.

If you don’t have insurance, that’s no problem.
The 12 month membership fee is due in full upon joining.
Save 10% on your initial membership fees when you join as a family.
Membership is effective the 1st of the month of which payment is received.
Payments are due when services are rendered.
Pay an annual fee and receive two regular cleanings and x-rays.
Get an additional discount on all other dental work needed.

It is the sole responsibility of the member to maximize their benefits by arranging all the appropriate appointments within the 12-month membership period.
If the appointments are not used during this 12-month period, the member will not be entitled to a refund.
Renewal payment is due the beginning of the same month of each year.
The anniversary month of your membership is the month that you originally joined, regardless of when payment was received.

What are the exclusions?

Our membership is NOT a dental insurance plan. It can only be used here at Eagle Dental Center.
Membership is non-transferrable.
It cannot be combined with any other dental insurance coverage or discount.
Discounts under your membership do not apply to any treatment prior to joining or after the 12-month membership period.
